I love the depth of field you did with that! How'd you make the fish portion look so fresh.. it doesn't look like you used a flash...spray water or lemon juice on it? Great pic...Dave

BTW, what's the name of this dish? it looks like sashimi of shrimp and fish!
They're yumm!Sashimi and sushi must use fresh fishes, otherwise tasteless..but you know California roll(right on the pictures above) wasn't a creation by Japanese.
